What counts as a location? One preserve operation with its own schedule, records and team permissions. Its individual hunting fields are included; separately managed properties use separate workspaces.

Yes. Enter phone bookings into the same schedule your team uses throughout the day. Keep the details with the booking instead of in a separate notebook.
Can my office staff and guides use it?
Yes. Invite team members with office or guide access. Office staff manage the operation; guides can view the schedule and complete supported hunt close-out tasks.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. BirdDog Book works in a browser and can be installed on supported PCs, tablets and phones. An internet connection is needed to load current records and sync changes. See how to install it.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
The plan is $249 per month per preserve location, with $995 one-time onboarding. The fields within that location are included. Separately managed properties have their own workspaces, records and permissions. Your account can access the locations you are assigned to. We’ll review a multi-location setup with you before you start.
